The mother-of-pearl octave key is a classy touch, eh? Serial number 156k dates this to early 1930s, probably 1932. The Voll II (improved from the previous Voll) is the precursor to the great Zephyr. The horn plays easily if you don't consider low B and Bb. In other words it needs some help.

My instinct is there are enough minor problems to justify a good overhaul rather than a light play-condition fixup. The good news is that in current condition you can enjoy practicing it for a few hours, long enough to realize you love the sweet rich tone quality and you want to commit to that repair.
