1957 Conn Shooting Star alto saxophone, built in the USA, serial #669556. Much better construction and durability than the Chinese horns that are flooding the market today. The pads are great and any substandard pads, corks, felts have been replaced and it has been adjusted. This horn has some small dents and dings as is typical student horns and at 63 years of age, it is ready and able to go another 60 years! The case has obvious wear and the 2 latches do not spring open anymore but they do latch securely.
Comes with strap, mouthpiece, ligature, and ligature cap. It will last a long time that way and keep the mouthpiece damaging it when being put on and taken off.
