All suede pads seem to be intact. It needs cleaning and polished.

The case is in overall good condition for its age but has some scratches and scuffs on the outside. Pleasw zoom in on the photos to see condition. It doesnt seem to have any dents. And is in good physical condition. The mouthpiece is included, and fits, but needs a new cork/ gasket.

The mouthpiece cover and a make-do strap are also included. (original clasp for strap is included but you will want to replace the cord as it is not original).
