Buescher 400 Alto Sax Excellent Playing New Pads Overhauled Nortons + Snap Pads

Very Nice example of a desirable Buescher 400. Ive been playing it for a couple of years and infrequently. Has all but three of the snap pad spud assemblies (at palms). All of the Norton springs are in place.

They all unscrew per the factory set up. Instrument was taken apart, cleaned in and out, pads and all corks replaced. Keys and rods swedged (as needed).

Assembled and re-lubricated with synthetic products. Finally; regulated for consistency of feel under fingers.

Pads pop with a satisfying'note' onto tone holes. The OEM fitted case accommodates it's big bell and wide bow. Quite functional though not pretty, with a new, secure leather handle. To be determined based on your location.

I do the right job of packing and have suffered no losses ever. Overseas at 18lbs priority rates. All questions are encouraged and welcome.
