For sale here is a Beautiful example of the Daddy of the 6M. Conn Tansitional Alto Sax Serial # M254322A. The pads are in decent condition but there is some crusty residue on the resonators. I was going to dissemble this sax and clean and polish it as well as address any pads or cork that may need attention but I have way too many things going on right now so I decided to let the new owner do the service. The sax plays well and the pads have a lot of life left in them. I mainly wanted to clean and polish it but if I did that the price would be 3 or 4 hundred dollars more than the current listed price. There is no sign of any previous repairs. All original rollers work well and the micro-tuner functions very smoothly.

The horn is straight and the bell is not pushed in at all. I have a Conn Bb soprano in the middle of a re-pad right now. I'll be listing that soon.

I have many more pictures of this sax if you want to see them. Included in the sale is what I believe is the original case. The latches both work nut the left one has a weak spring. Obviously the case needs a handle but it functions as it is. Altos, C Tenors and Bb Tenors.

I don't need them all and I have a little B Buescher alto that screams, a Buescher C Tenor that smokes and a 10M Tenor that is on Fire!!! Please look at all of the pictures and feel free to ask questions. Make an offer if you want the sax. I'm open to that.
