Julius Keilwerth EX90 II Alto Sax
Julius Keilwerth EX90 II Alto Sax. This is an amazing semi-pro saxophone and has new chocolate roo pads with domed metal resos installed (note the G# key has a waterproof tan leather pad installed but can be swapped out with a matching roo pad if required). The sax has been fully disassembled and cleaned, Corks replaced other than the neck cork that was still in v. Professionally set up and playing beautifully. This will be an ideal sax to upgrade to and I would class as intermediate/advanced the SX line is the pro series for J.
Note there is some cosmetic damage as can be seen in the photos (it is a 1998 so you would expect some normal wear and tear). Nothing major and no nasty dents or scratches (bottom bow is clean). One of the pearls had broken and has been glued properly back together...
Hard to notice but I thought I would mention so there are no disappointments. This is a German built EX and they are very highly regarded as a top playing sax! Will certainly hold its resale value for years to come and will not need a service for a year under normal usage. Included: case, selmer mouthpiece, ligature and cap, neckstrap, reeds, reed case, cork grease, polishing cloth. Happy to provide further pictures as required.
