Very rare 40's Berg Larsen Slant Precission alto sax mouthpiece. The tip opening is great, 85/1 possibly the most comfortable tip for alto Bergs and 1 chamber in my opinion also is the best for altos. Another wonderful thing is the cap. I've seen so many Bergs and never come across a cap like this, it seems even more rare than the mouthpiece itself. The mouthpiece is used and not without marks of course, there's some age related discolouration and usual wear from use.
