WHAT A NICE FIND - Good old' Made in USA. Appearance is somewhat better than you'd expect from an intermediate/semi-pro level horn that has been played FOR 60 PLUS YEARS. Wear is confined to finish rather than structural. Has escaped the typical'Whoops, dropped the horn' drama that brutalizes most of these instruments.

At worst, there are a few minor dings here and there rather than crushing bends and serious dents. Cosmetic wear is within limits for the usual instrument contact points. Pads and cork look they were done recently and have plenty of life left in them. PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION & review pics.

I play some tenor sax - not really great, mind you - and tested the horn. Got all the notes, top to bottom.
