Selmer Soloist C (C double star) alto saxophone mouthpiece. Long shank version, this puts it in the 60's, as Selmer's premium HR mouthpiece in the Mark VI era.
C tip opening a little wider and perhaps more useful than the more common C. Obviously been played, and the rubber has small age signs cosmetically, but the tip and facing are excellent and the top is smooth. Comes with a vintage non-Selmer ligature and cap that fit nicely and suit the mouthpiece well.
