Vintage Yanagisawa A4 Alto Saxophone, New Pads, New Case, Ready-To Play Pro Sax

This listing is for an Eb alto saxophone made by the Yanagisawa Corporation of Japan. It is the A4 model. Engraved on the bell is "Continental". Yanagisawa made saxes for different importers.

They leveled the tone holes removed the minor dents and replaced all the pads with correct thickness and brass resonators. They also install new corks and black felts. The keys were fitted as needed.

This sax has real nice action and the response, intonations and timbre is very good. This was probably made in the 70's and is considered a very good step-up or professional model. This instrument would be fine for an advancing student, doubler or pro player.
