This listing is for the. Yamaha YAS-21 Eb Alto Saxophone Serial #020405 in the photos. It comes with its original neck, a Yamaha case, a yamaha mouthpiece. Please see photos for further description. This sax is in pretty good physical and cosmetic condition.

I have it listed as a Repairmans Special even though it plays ok, at least as well as my wife who was a bassoon player could get it to on a mixture of inexperience, and pad ages and condition. The reason for the Special is that we aren't sure the sound is what it should be and can't guarantee any playing condition due to lack of knowledge and experience. The body, bow and bell are in above average condition with the only problems being some lacquer rubbing, some light to moderate scratching and some minor dings and dents here and there.

The neck has a few dings and scuffage, and may require a new cork, it looks older. The Yamaha case is in fair condition, with a wham-o and cut on left side.

But at least it did it's job! Overall, this will be a very strong player with likely a little pad work plays ok at least to untrained ear as is. Should make a nice beginner or student or marching horn.
