Matching Exceptional Students With Quality Instruments. These are all (I think) Ferree's B42 brown leather rivet pads. Not all are labeled, but all were in our B42 collection. The smallest, of course, don't have rivets.

About half the sizes were marked, and the other half I had to measure in several places on several pads with a caliper, but I could be off by 0.5 mm either way. I think I did a very accurate job, however. It's a very complete lot with just about every size you'd need to set up shop or refill your stock. See below for sizes and quantities.
