Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone fresh overhaul original lacquer 196xxx CLEAN sax

Selmer Mark VI alto saxophone - vintage 196xxx serial. Fresh complete overhaul playing incredible on fresh Roo pads. The lacquer is all original and looks to be 85-90% with a few small blemishes in the lacquer, but no dents or repairs!

No pull down at all on the neck either. This horn is really effortless to play all the way up and all the way down.

Low notes pop and high notes sing freely. A very free blowing example with nice, comfortable fast action. The overhaul work is very well done and recent. I took it to Flying Squirrel here in Raleigh and had them just double check it and both Peter and Bruce thought this was top shelf work and a REALLY great horn.

The year is either 1971 or 1972 - great year range for these altos! And this one is an incredibly clean example.
